The Cyber Halloween Party, organized for students, was held on October 31, 2023 (Within the Frameworks of European University). This virtual event aimed to provide a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for students while adhering to social distancing guidelines. The party featured a range of activities, costume contests (virtual ones), and interactive elements that successfully brought students together in a virtual environment as well.

The party was hosted on a popular video conferencing platform (Zoom) to ensure ease of access and interactive features, including screen sharing, chat, and breakout rooms.

The event was attended by 28 students from various grades and backgrounds. Students were encouraged to invite their friends, and the event was open to all.

The event successfully fostered interaction among students, with many actively participating in the virtual costume (creative, scariest, funnies) contest, trivia, games, and storytelling sessions. The breakout rooms and chat feature facilitated conversations, allowing students to make new friends and reconnect with old ones.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their enjoyment and appreciation for the event. Suggestions for future virtual events included more diverse activities and an extended duration for the event.

The Cyber Halloween Party was a great success, offering students a memorable and safe Halloween experience. It brought students together in a virtual environment, fostering a sense of community and fun. Based on the feedback received, similar virtual events can be planned, incorporating improvements and more engaging activities.
